I will also use this opportunity to continue to spread the word on the fundraiser that will be taking place on May 1st.  I will be doing 108 Sun Salutations (that’s a freaking lot of Yoga) and collecting pledges to fund the Young Adult Program that allows me to live at the Ashram.  These tax deductible donations go towards the $35 dollars a day it costs to house and feed young adults on the Karma Yoga program.  The program in turn keeps course costs incredibly low for guests especially when compared to other retreat centers in the area.  Donate online:  www.yasodhara.org/108 or by sending a cheque to:
